- If you start from Balassagyarmat town, head east on the secondary main-road No. 22;
- If you start from Besztercebánya town (Banská Bystrica), first go south on the expressway R1 to Zólyom town (Zvolen), then advance in the south-southeast direction on the 1st class road No.16 to Losonc town (Lučenec) and go on the 1st class road No.71 to the Slovakian-Hungarian state border, finally head south from the state border on the main road No. 21.
- If you start from Kassa town (Košice), head southwest on the 1st class road No.16 to Losonc, then go on the 1st class road No.71 to the Slovakian-Hungarian state border, finally head south from the state border on the main road No. 21.
